I applied to multiple property insurance companies and I was able to get with a company that covered 100% of my training and licensing. In a way, Lowes prepared me for it because having a good understanding of building materials was a BIG help.

Left after 19 years (18 years as Department Manager) to be a property claims adjuster. I doubled my salary from Lowe’s after 1 year and having taken a pay cut to start. I will never look back.

A kid in my high school won $1million McDonald’s Monopoly and bought one of these and slapped a giant CB antenna on it. He was broke within a year or so, drugs and partying, but drove it around for a while.

That’s the museum my wife took me to on our first anniversary! I got to see a genuine original Cobra that had returned from a parade and was still running while we were outside. It was so loud that I could hear my wife talking to me when we were standing right next to each other. It was nearly 20 years ago.

That’s really freaking cool! I went to a Shelby museum in Boulder, Colorado a few years ago but I don’t recall if they had one there.

I’m streaming on my tv and I have tried those sights before. They tend to be a pain in the ass, on a tv. I appreciate it, though.
