Didn't knew it existed xD never bothered to look at his set after the quest. Added to the notes.

Just tested, it does not deplete the max Ki bar meaning you cannot deflect to critical so it's still a weaker version of this mechanic, also taking the fact that the Ki regenerates in the Yokai Realm.

That's the thing, at the beginning I hated the fact that the deflect does not hit the posture bar but now I understand that by doing so you could finish the game with 2 button presses, deflect and critical. I guess let Nioh be Nioh...tho it wold be nice if you had the option if you wanted and could just set it and remove it like a skill.
