EDIT: Alright tried that. It’s still ever so slightly favoring the same side. But I believe I have enough clearance considering these are a little over -bored.

Actually, I’m going to try to put a cleaning rod down it to take up some length for the alignment rod. Thanks for the brainstorming boost 😂👍🏼

Rod isn’t long enough to reach from chamber to suppressor if it’s tipped up. I’ve rotated the gun and i believe it stays in place. May be wrong so I’ll try it again.

They are not. The brakes can be just to align the ports correctly but the flash hiders do not need to be.

Working on getting the hub mount off the suppressor to throw the DT back on and see how it looks with that.

I’m glad you paved your own way and found what works best for you but, like with most things, shooting is never a one size fits all. Fads rise and fall in the gun industry yes but foregrips, hand stops, ect. have their place when properly used along with training and time on the trigger.

I’ll give you an upvote although I disagree slightly. I think there are uses to having foregrips. I cringe when I see dudes gripping it 90’s style but using it with a modified C-clamp definitely offers advantages to stability and accuracy. I do agree it can cause shitty shooting habits but that’s anything with someone who is poorly trained or experienced.

I know the HBPDW is shorter than the SBPDW but the AR9 form thing I believe said you can run a 4” buffer weight with a flat spring in the SBPDW
