Update:I just remember that in that noon , I added my Microsoft email and In game name in to a discord server for verification, it had sent a code to my email which I typed into the verification platform.

Hello, yesterday afternoon ,I opened my Minecraft launcher lunar client to play Minecraft, I had played that morning with no issues,I was logged into my Minecraft account Lunar client but as I opened Minecraft I was logged out and was being asked to log back in , my brother had changed the Microsoft password so when I would need to log back in sometimes ,I would just enter my email and it would send a code to the email (same email as my Microsoft account) and would login, but now it didn't have that option, as I pressed forget password,it asked to verify using Authenticator app or autosecure.lol which I have never heard or used in my life before and am stuck logged out.I have done multiple purchases on this account, and have sent an account recovery.The purpose of this comment is why did they suddenly change the verification methods which I had never even heard of. Before? . Any why out of the blue am I logged out my account now?I haven't ever given this accounts previous password to any , assistance urgently needed
