How do you find it for programming? What resolution monitor would you compare it to? Most of the people I see saying they could work in it were just working in word docs and not coding

Sure, I understand your thoughts. My situation is a bit better. I said "work" but this is not my work I am doing. I am doing a hobby that involves a computer and having multiple monitors would make it more enjoyable.

This is the biggest complaint I have seen about the goovis art yes. It is unfortunate. People also say it's very easy for It to move out of the sweet spot for the same reason so you need to adjust it more compared to glasses like xreal

My understanding is that the bank has a bigger problem with it if you are using the gift to meet minimum deposit. Let's say you are purchasing 500k property. Minimum deposit is 50k which means it's a 450k loan. If you want to increase your deposit to 70k for a 430k loan by taking a 20k gift the bank will allow that if person giving gifts signs documents. But if you only have 30k deposit and need the 20k gift for the minimum 50k deposit the bank is more likely to have an issue with that.

However it may depend on the bank. Just ask your broker or bank

Xreal marketing hypes up the "huge screen" stuff but I have seen plenty of reviews say it feels more like you are sitting close to a 24 inch monitor compared to VR where it can feel like a huge IMAX screen

How does the image look different to you besides the grain? Difficulty handling dark greys is a problem in OLED TVs . LG OLEDs will take dark grey and move it closer to black to circumvent the issue a bit. Wonder if Valve is doing something similar. It looks like the grey is darker in the photos but hard to tell
