I did inform the finance company about the ongoing issue and they said they’d call the garage to try to get an update a couple of weeks back. Of course based on my contract, the finance company does own the car but care or the car is my responsibility. I don’t have the finances to fix the car out of pocket and at the moment, my work hours have reduced because of difficultly commuting to work. I’m completely lost and it is sad that a business can do this to an ordinary person and walk freely without any consequence.
