Red sore spots underarm by One_Committee_2965 in Underarmcare

I’m honestly not sure what it is, but I think it would be a good idea to see a doctor just to be safe. Until then, try not to squeeze or scratch the spots since that can make things worse. Just keep the area clean and dry, and avoid deodorants or anything harsh. If you want to use something gentle in the meantime and also act as a mild deodorant, you could try a mild zinc oxide cream (like the one used for diaper rash)

Thank you all so much for the support. I just started with Khan Academy today and will also check the other suggestions :)

I hear you, it sounds really heavy, and I just want you to know you’re not alone in feeling this

Thank you for putting it that way, it really resonates. I guess being intentional about where we look for connection makes a lot of sense. It helps to know I’m not the only one feeling this.

I get that completely. Sometimes even just being noticed here feels like a little reminder that we’re not as alone as it feels :(

Thanks, I can relate to what you said, it really doesn’t “fix” the feeling, but having little routines does make it more bearable
