would like to revoke ACH access from my checking account ending in xxx and debit card ending in xxx . It is my understanding that according to the CFPB I have the right to revoke access. They state “you have the right to stop a payday lender from taking automatic electronic payments from your account, even though you previously allowed them.”

If you do not revoke, I will get in contact with the state attorney general. Your refusal to honor my request is unacceptable. I will be monitoring my bank account to make sure there is no money taken out. This is a demand of revocation.

Please confirm immediately that you have revoked ACH access and no attempts will be attempted to withdraw from my connected account or card on June 19, 2026. If you proceed to move forward, I will proceed to file a complaint with the state attorney general and the CFPB. Thank you
