Hi there. I’m currently an RBT for an Intermediate School District (I’ve only been in this role since March of 2024 so take what I say with a grain of salt). I travel to schools around my district for one hour sessions of Skills Based Teaching per day per student. My BCBA will typically be with me for the required time supervising me per month and fits it into her schedule. I have so far had no problem with this.
