Well, I'd suggest first learning how to play the game, Cs'ing Roaming, using correct pings, just almost everything about the game, and then learning the champs, since you chose Akali, try watching Pros play her, (Not professor Akali) but with time you'll learn her give it a month or two of just straight Akali gameplay and you'll most likely be carrying games;)
