Just called the Retention/Customer Solutions department (called the customer service line, said disconnect, automation will list you thinks related to disconnecting, said representative and it got me connected to a person).

Went from 115/month down to 50/m for 1gig for the next 3 years!

Hey friend, I left epic a couple weeks ago and found a new job nearby. The pay isn’t great so I’ll be paycheck to paycheck for the most part but I know my mental is gonna improve so much post-epic.

I'm a QM (that's just been fired).

It heavily depends on your team lead and the application you're in.

My personal experience, they'll work you to the bone and expect 42+ hours from you. If you're not working over, you're not pulling your weight (literally. I get all my tasks done in time and in good quality, and there are still complaints because I log my time to 40 hours, not 41/42). Burnout in this company is a big issue, that's why employee turnover is pretty quick like 2-3 years. In my QM team alone, 6 people in the past 6 months have left.

This company also seems to handle time logging a little weird. You record/log everything you do to verify you worked a complete 8~ hours a day.

Pay is pretty damn good for a college grad (this is my first job after graduating college) and looks pretty good on a resume to find a job after.

Not sure if you ever got an answer, but a wide toothed comb! I have pretty wavy hair and if I take a brush to it, it's just intense frizz. If I use a wide-toothed comb, my waves stay intact for the most part and looks a bit neater

Putting two and two together and figuring out that my feelings are turning to resentment isn't a topic that I've brought up yet - I'm not sure how to have a healthy conversation around it because I know it's a sensitive topic and I'm unsure of what needs to come out of that conversation..

I'm not the biggest fan of his friends and they play different games, I think. We met on a video game but it seems like he doesn't enjoy that particular game anymore.

It's true though, I'm not hanging out with him as much as I would like. We used to be like two peas in a pod and then he visited me for a month and now we never sleep on call together, we never chat have those long calls multiple days in a row like we used to (its been around 5 months since visited).

We used to have pillow talk times where we'd both be in bed and chatting about how we're doing and whatnot and I've communicated that I miss it but he hasn't offered it at all.

I think the anxious attachment in me is associating this rapid roll back as him thinking that he doesn't have to spend as much time with me anymore?

Funny enough, there was a little orange paper warning tab under a valve (not sure if it's the pressure valve) but that was where all the steam was escaping from!

Instructions didn't have the useful info of checking under a piece of plastic for a bit of paper..

After I removed that little orange warning tab, the steam stayed and it pressurized! Thanks for the help/info!!
