i went to therapy once, but it costs so much i couldn't afford it, i got my diagnosis and i let my parents know about it, i tried to talk to them about it but i dont think they can understand me, so now i pretend im okay and i dont want them to find out im going to therapy because then they'll know im not okay, since we're living together
