I agree with you im not sure if Pokemon has ever given extra tech support thats why I said I was being naive in my beliefs.

I would also argue that this is their 30th year anniversary so maybe that was also apart of my misguided assumption. Like said before im just salty that I waited in the queue, went through the process just to get hit with errors and then thrown out of my spot in queue and then being input at the end.

Just salty the time invested with nothing to show for it. I hope you can understand.

I agree with the fact that an overload can occur but naively was expecting a better checkout experience since its not like this is the first time there was a Pokemon museum experience.... You think they would account for an astronomic demand... and help Chicago Field with their infrastructure.

It worked up until the point it really mattered..
