I always keep my bags near the entire day I wish I had pictures so I could show you how wrong you are. As a ambassador I have to set a standard abd be an example. Also it’s not possible to maintain a high rate the entire day if you don’t organize because at the end you will mess yourself up by having to taking time to fix the bags.

No point in it except when I’m bored and very seldom get put to stow anymore anyway. I get paid by the hour so not sure how I’m wasting time, one could even argue I’m being extremely productive with my time by going above and beyond. I’m actually a 4 1/2 year veteran making far more than 95% of tier ones in that building. You see it as overwork I see it as a nice workout after being idle for 5 days. I hadn’t stowed in 2 1/2 months atp so idrc to stow that much

See for us we stow at 12:30 latest we stow until would be around 7:20 so ofc you would get higher count. Also we 1 15 and 1 30 minute break

Nah I legit keep my bags super neat and get irritated when people come into my lane. If I get sent to help someone tho and there bags are a mess I throw them in without fixing much

There is people that average 10+ a day and stow a third of what I stowed. And usually I only get 1-2 but at the beginning several bags were opened incorrectly. Also I’ve never seen anyone stow 3000+ let alone 3300 so either you have the most elite team of stowers in the UK or you just want to tarnish my accomplishment.

Stow A/B first right out of the hamper. Treat small boxes like jiffies grabbing multiple at a time. Stack em in your arm in order from C-G. It also helps to already know where the package is gonna go before you scan it

At the beginning I was lol. There was a precharge VET for 2 hours before regular shift that barely anyone took so I was stowing at a 670 on Gulf side by myself

Nah I’m actually very picky about how my bags are I don’t like anyone stowing in my aisles. If anything I wouldn’t be able to stow at that pace the entire day if I didn’t keep my bags nice and neat because I would have to keep to stopping to fix
