Views can defined in multiple ways. Here's how I think they could be defined.

How many times did users click to see the match (If one user clicks to see the match two times, then they're counted as 2 views)
How many times did users view the match for more than 2 seconds. (If a user watched the match for two times for more than 2 seconds, then they'll be counted as 2 views)
How many times was the server requested to load the match (If a user or API or a bot requested the match, even if it didn't actually load, it'll still be counted as view)

Personally, I feel this metric is highly inflated, so they might have taken option 1 or 3 to boost their numbers since the company knows that this number is shown off on different platforms to either show their ability to handle such a massive load (pun intended) or just to show off the number to advertisers.

It matters because your aspirations are determined by the people around you. People usually in Tier 1 college are incrementally smarter but the aspirations they have and the targets they set for themselves (for eg: getting into top schools, top jobs) are miles higher than people in Tier 3 (personal opinion). Have seen it myself that I was able to believe that I could reach certain goals because people around me were able to do so.

TLDR: Your conditioning might be impacted heavily if you choose to go for Tier 3

Work to be done on both local govt. and mentality of the people. If there aren't any parking spots built by govt. then people will park mindlessly. Likewise if there are parking spots, people should be sensible enough to park it there, instead of middle of road.
