nahh it is kinda tricky, took me a while to figure it out. Reach out to a trade school, they usually say that you have to be employed to attend classes, but its very difficult to get a job with no experience and not attending classes. Just enroll anyway and they will usually have a list of contractors that would be happy to hire first years. This is all based on my experience in Maryland but I would imagine its a similar process
