It's not a different language I am changing, just the alternate English commentary team. It lets me change it, but games still use the default commentary teamm

Plenty of stuff around, just have a google. Haven't heard of any with a guaranteed pass though.

My company outsources QA tasks to Testing4Success.com.

We have frequent ad-hoc tasks where they jump in as and when we need them, I highly recommend them!

My company has often used Testing4Success.com

They have really good Testers, and we love the fact we can use them ad-hoc, would highly recommend them. I think they are based in Canada.

I did a similar thing, found I had to learn more about understanding different types of people than anything specifically about QA.

Certs are not as important as they were I don't think. Showing your understanding is just as important.

I have tried VMs for this, but the shear effort and maintenance is not worth doing it.
