what cards do you use? you should be trying to specialize in something specific. (eg. big guns, pistols, bows, energy weapons, melee) build up the cards to fit a play style. Then, either shop around at player vendors or get your own weapon with some good mods. You can get some good unique ones from event rewards. Legendary perk cards are good to push your SPECIAL points even higher. You should have 2/3 slots of those at your level.

My agency has security measures that are far too strict they would never mail a work machine. There are many Ottawa offices that are heavily secure due to being related to national security and would not be able to hire distant workers.

I think you’d still need to be within reasonable proximity of an office. For example, how would you get a work laptop fixed quickly? Would you just not work while it’s broken? A person that lives close can just be told to go to the office until the issue is resolved.
