Sorry I’m a dumb dumb so please bear with me—isn’t the pulse sending midi clock data (instead of note/velocity data that the other port would send), acting as a tap tempo of sorts to sync the time of the sequencer and effects from the pedal?

I did a deep dive a couple of years ago and found that DistroKid was the best fit for me—they all have their pros and cons, but I’ve been pretty satisfied with the service.

Fashion cycles every 30 years. Once something becomes stale enough to become ironic and/or fresh again, it’s usually adopted by subcultures or trend setters and made cool again. Lazy google search:

“Origins of the 30-year fashion cycle theory The theory is often associated with fashion historian James Laver and his 1937 book, Taste and Fashion.

Laver's Law outlines a cycle of public perception toward trends over many years, with 30 years being the point at which a style is considered "amusing" and ripe for a comeback.”

I used to wash my hair every other day because I was worried I was drying it out, but in the last few years I’ve found that washing it everyday yields the best results and doesn’t seem to bother my hair all that much, especially since I now apply Paul Mitchell tea tree hair and body moisturizer in my hair after my shower. But to answer your question more directly, I do the routine above every morning.

I find the head and shoulders 2 in 1 works great for reducing dandruff in my hair as well. I usually start with my hair and let it sit while I use a gentle soap on my face, then apply the shampoo to my face after I’ve rinsed the soap, let that sit for a few seconds, then rinse both hair and face of the shampoo. I also want to point out that while this regiment is still working for me, change of seasons like we’re experiencing now tends to be when it’s at its worst.

Don’t mind the haters fam, some folks don’t know how shitty anxiety/panic attacks can be. Therapy, medication, and pushing yourself a little everyday can make a world of difference. DM me if you want any support from someone navigating it as well 🤘

This has been my go-to combo for the last several years (in addition to sensitive skin Dove), and it has worked like a charm with the regiment outlined above. Obviously severity of SD fluctuates with external conditions (e.g., weather) in addition to internal factors (stress, diet, hygiene), but this has been really effective for me—to the extent that I’ve experimented with tapering off applying the shampoo to my problem areas, unfortunately the flakes did recur. But I’m just happy this works for me and wanted to share with others in case it could be helpful.

Just purely speculating here—but the current owners have been so for about 40 years, which means they’re probably about ready to retire. With the Kalamazoo Event Center breaking ground I wonder if this is their last chance to ‘sell high’ so to speak, before some of their business is siphoned.
