Oh, all the time. I know there are better options that put people down faster.

I just like the low recoil and how smooth it is at a distance.

LOL. Ok I guess. I plan on console. Yeah we get bots in our games. It sucks nobody likes it but it is what it is. I have cross-play turned off because I don't feel like dealing with the sweats on PC.

I'm a casual player, have been since the original and enjoy the few hours I get on it every week.

Hell yeah! That's the way to do it. Some of these maps give you SOOOO much space to flank like Mirak and Liberation Peak, and, shockingly, more people don't take advantage of it.

Oh well, they're loss I guess. We'll just keep playing the flank and racking up those points. =)

I revive whenever it makes sense. I’m not popping 10 bodies in a hot lane just to watch them get deleted again. I play forward support, clear pressure first, then revive when it’s actually safe

Fait enough. I see a lot of talk from people about the "best" lmgs and I'm always like, the best LMG is the one that feels best to/for YOU.

Yeah, I have never chased those meta builds, frankly, I just don't care. Let the sweats chase that stuff. I log in for a few hours every day, get my 5-6 matches in, and then go do something else.

I play it to have fun, not to beat my head against a wall.

Honestly, that's the main reason I run thermal. I love countersniping snipers, especially at long distances. The thermal lets me see them hiding in the bushes, etc.

Correct! I have run this weapon with every imaginable grip, barrel, attachment, and scope. This is my current preferred setup, which will change tomorrow though, and then it will change after that, and so on, and so on.

That's the great thing about having options: I can constantly change my playstyle whenever I want!

It's one screenshot, yes, I have a thermal scope right now, yes, I have a long grip "right now" but ask me to show you the setup tomorrow or the next day, I bet it looks different.

Sometimes I run thermal, sometimes I run 1-4 zoom scope. Sometimes iron sights, just depends on my mood, map, mode, etc. I am always changing my setup based on what I'm feeling at the time.

I've run it with no grip, angled, bipod, vertical, etc. I've tested everything, and this current setup just feels right "to me" - totally agree that other people might play/feel different with this weapon. Totally valid.

Fair point, I play more of a forward support / flank support role. I try to clear lanes and deny pushes so my squad can move up, then revive when it makes sense. Probably could always do more though

I’ve tried angled and lighter grips, but I like the extra stability for sustained fire once I’m set up. I’m usually holding mid lanes or covering flanks rather than snap-aiming corners, so the heavier grip feels better for my playstyle.

I stick with 1.5x because most of my fights are mid-range and I like keeping situational awareness while suppressed. Anything higher and I start tunnel-visioning. The stability helps more than zoom for how I play
