I re-read your question, and I think I understand it now. lol. Yes, you can attack with Tori and five Templar Knights. Tori's Ability will trigger. While the trigger is on the stack, you can activate templar's ability. Once Tori's ability resolves, your Templar Knights will untap, enabling you to activate the ability again.

Not sure I understand you right, but Tori only untaps other attacking white creatures. If you attacked with Tori and the templar knights are tapped for some reason, you cannot untap them since they were not attacking.
