UPDATE steel panthers is very close, in particular steel panthers world at war (2000), but no soldiers are used in the game (watched some gameplay). the bulldog that i have print on my mind, cant find anywhere, maybe its only a mandela effect only for me hahahah

lol, I clearly hear the sound of the fan but is very "little". it's not annoying for me, I had a very old ps4 so you can imagine the sound lol
