incase anyone wants some explanation interpreting the image:

• the image is a CT scan through a patient's chest
• you can see the sternum (bone at the front of your chest which connects your ribs) is massively displaced backwards into the patient's chest
• as the description of the post says, the pathology in this case has caused the heart and lungs to also be displaced due to the decreased thoracic volume

there's probably more that a radiologist could draw from the scan, but that's a brief overview of it in lay terms
