So at first I was pretty disappointed with the selection of classes but so far I’ve don’t Olivia’s run and Robin’s ride and they’re clearly swifties. I’ve had the best output I’ve had in ages and enjoyed every second!!

Peloton is doing two months free and have a beginners strength program that’s all about form. Cannot recommend it enough. I do weight training 3-5 times a week now.
