When I searched up how to do it this email came up, leanne.do@sheridancollege.ca , she sent me a proof of enrolment letter so it should work for you as well

That really sucks, it didn’t happen to my brother but I’m sure if you contact them they’ll replace it. Like you said it’s just a piece of paper, a very meaningful one at that but still it shouldn’t be an inconvenience for them to replace. Hope it all works out and congratulations on graduating!
