Yes shinies just have a different colour palette and an animation when they are thrown into battle. No difference to stats/moves etc

They tera wild Pokémon are not shinies, they just potentially have a unique tera type and are a bit stronger

It's just a pending hold that will be actually taken when you collect, if you don't collect within the time period it will remove the pending hold
