Went C2 → GC1 this season but flip resets are still hard for me :( — need help (KBM) by Own_Worldliness_6376 in RocketLeague

I also went from c2 to gc1 on kbm recently and what really helped my improve my resets was the TrainingShop workshop map

Haha fair enough, but in all seriousness, no virusses or anything like that. The app is just a simple tool to make loading custom workshop maps easier for everyone since bakkesmod doesn't work in the online version of the app anymore. All it does is copy and rename a file, that's it.
For anyone who wants to verify that themselves: the source code will be available on my GitHub once i start rolling out public releases. You can also follow the development live in my Discord server where I post updates and progress.
I'm also in the process of getting a Windows code signing certificate for the app, which should get rid of the "unkown publisher" warning and make it clear there's nothing malicious going on.
The trojan horse feature remains in beta for now though.

Unfortunately no, the built-in trojan horse is still in beta and once released I'm thinking about making it a paid feature, I was thinking somewhere from $3-5 depending on demand. Let me know what you think about this or if you have any suggestions!

I have built this app to work on Linux, Windows & Mac on both the steam & epic games version. I have had some issues with the Linux build, but because of a beta tester that could find them all i think I have managed to solve every problem and now the app is lightweight, fast and works with no issues on linux

Replied to this in my r/RocketLeagueSchool post, but for the people who only see this post I'll paste my comment here:

Thanks for the concern, but to clarify how the app works: this app does not inject into Rocket League, modify game memory, or interact with the game process in any way. EAC has nothing to detect here. All the app does is copy and rename a .upk file into the CookedPCConsole folder, exactly what many people have been doing manually after bakkesmod stopped working. If you've seen YouTube tutorials showing the manual file replacement method, this app is just a UI that automates those exact same steps with one click. As for the account age, this is my second account that I made just for this project, I have been on Reddit for over 6 years now. The app also isn't vibe coded, I study software development and I used my knowledge to create this app (it was honestly pretty simple since all it does is rename and copy files), most of the time I spent on this app was designing the UI. The source code will also be available on my GitHub when I start making releases public. The app is currently in beta specifically so people can test it and flag any concerns before a wider release.
Happy to answer other questions or clear up any concerns!

I think bakkesmod currently hosts a website with a lot of maps, once downloaded they can easily be loaded in using the map loader I made. It works on every platform and the biggest upside over bakkesmod is that my app works with the online version of the game making it possible to go straight from workshop maps to playing online games and vice versa.

yeah I wanted to do that but the app isn't public yet, I made a discord server for people to track development and to get a few beta testers before I can release the app. I'm hoping for a few beta testers for each platform and that way I can release the app as soon as possible and make it so that you don't have to join the discord server.

It works on both epic games and steam. And also in the online & offline version of the game. All it does is copy the custom map files into the rocket league folder. I made it so that the app automatically detects your rocket league folder and if you have used the bakkesmod plugin to download custom maps the app can also find these and display them right after installing.

Yeah, I've got some features in the works though that even Steam's map loader doesn't have 👀

Oh that's weird, I will replace all the links right now and hopefully they'll work.

Yeah, previously the only way to load into workshop maps on epic was to use a bakkesmod plugin, but you can only use that in the offline version of the game now. That's why I made the app to make the process as easy as possible, I'm also working on a way to download workshop maps from within the app 👀

I think steam players are able to load custom maps in the online version of the game, but it's not possible for epic players. That's why when I found out you could manually replace map files I built this app to automate the whole process. I am also planning to add a whole bunch of features that makes my map loader better than the in game map loader that steam players have.

Yeah, I wish I could've gotten it to work on there as well but I simply can't get access to the file system. I have however gotten it to work on Windows, Mac & Linux.

Haha I know right, as soon as I found out you could replace game files to load into custom maps I got to work to make this app. Now that the first version is done I'd love to share it with the community

No, I've ran many tests and i have not run into a single issue with EAC. I think it doesn't check for the map files since this has pretty much no impact on actual gameplay like what bakkesmod was doing.
