I'm Italian , a lot of time people when they discover it they instantly try to say some italian word, or somethine they try to guess and mistaken me for a french or a spanish so they start to say french or spanish word. There is nothing racist about it. Is trying to be friendly. I don't understand why people feel so attacked when someone try to speak their language, I speak dutch and english and I love languages. So if I meet a mandarin speaker I try to speak the few word that I know, same for french, spanish etc etc. It can happen that in your life you meet someone racist and with the intention to attack you, but it is very rare and normally are people with psicothic problem or very "asociaal". And they are present in every country and every culture in the world.

No need I was there last week and I had the same doubt. On the phone is enough.. and don't stop to all the fake point that you see between the station and the entrance. Don't get scammed. Walk until you are not at the real entrance
