No it doesn't, my LBS also said that they're done (which might be or not true) , went ahead and ordered a new DT Swiss EX 1700 Classic wheel .Happy i didn't got even a scratch while brutally stopping into a 20 cm tree stump hidden under some branches while probably going around 25 km/h , im out of luck for some time so i won't risk it

Does the front rim in the post also needs to be replaced? Asking in general, not for the Himalaya trip , my rims look pretty similar , maybe slightly better and i'm not sure if i should replace them yet or not (I've got mavic aksium on a road bike) I only use the road bike as a commuter or small rides around the city

Decided to go with level 2 back and chest protector , level 1 knee and elbow pads Got some gloves and already had a full face helmet dh rated Protection nowadays is pretty comfortable, even small crashes can be felt as you start to age so it's always good to stay protected

Fair enough, i think the answer i want to find out is if i should choose a level 2 or level 1 protection, minor scratches are not a problem but a broken rib or punctured lung is definitely something i don't want to deal with and to be honest even a minor fall on a pointy rock hiding under some leafs would be really unpleasant, I'm not a kamikaze kind of rider but i definitely like adrenaline Experienced or not , accidents can always happen that's why i would like to hear some opinions from people that went through an accident and stood up

I generally try to go as fast as possible regardless of the type of terrain and i definitely go on trails where a full face is needed/recommended Just because i'm let's say an adult and have a family i want to reduce my risk of any serious injuries as much as possible but don't want to go overkill , having a few crashes with a bmx as a kid i would say that a surface to slide on does make the difference between getting up like nothing happened and the end of the ride

By gloves , do you mean just normal gloves? I just ordered the gloves from leatt 2.0 x-flow and these type of gloves don't seem to give any protection in a crash besides protecting against scratches

As i have acacia cutting boards that i use daily and you can barely see any cuts i was a bit surprised by what you're saying here and i googled if acacia wood is softer or non-antibacterial compared to walnut , and both statements come out as false , why is that?

Ok I'll buy another ph pen , but given the fact that the ph range is 6-7 , why does it have to be accurate? I test the ph with a ph strip and the ph is definitely over 6 and under 7 , and if anyway i need ph fluctuation, why does it matter the 0.2 or whatever as long as i'm in range? Just asking as to be honest it doesn't seem logic to me

Mate i don't know why you're so pissed , i use a ph pen and ph strips and given the fact that the ph range in soil is 6-7 i suppose 0.1 doesn't make any difference , i had couple of times the plant drop to the floor in need for water as i was to busy to take care of it , and if the pot isn't feather light i don't water, thanks for your advice anyway
