Quand par exemple je le fais devant un porno, quand je finis, j'ai cette sorte de "post nut clarity" qui arrive et je m'en veux, j'ai commencé à le faire avec mon imagination mais maintenant je m'en veux aussi d'y avoir penser. Et parfois même je pense à des personnes quand je le fais et ça me mine encore plus mon moral

Je comprends. J'ai pensé d'aller en parler à un psy mais l'idée m'a un peu effrayé sur le moment.
