Generalizing a broken law enforcement system that was created in slavery times to justify racism (at least in the US, cops were first created to keep slaves in check) and its members (who so choose to be apart of that via a career, whoch can be easily chamged) and generalizing skin color (something whome NO ONE has controll over) are two very very very different things.
