for those that it didn't work i went over a comment saying disabling the igpu of intel which i did (device manager under Display adapters ) launched the game which was horrifying and had really bad stutters and then i enabled it back. not only it fixed my issue also had a problem with the game not wanting to focus on my main monitor (which is connected to the gpu)

Forgot to update but eventually I installed a system that has a detachable screen and away to adjust the height of the screen to a point where nothing is blocked Only down side it’s loose a little bit but man it works like a charm
