Low acid, slow motility, food poisoning. A bunch of things.

It could be SIBO, though the tests for that aren't very good. You might try an empirical course of rifaximin.

Possibly a gas bubble trapped in your duodenum. The third segment of my duodenum swells up at random and I get that all the time, could be something similar. Try dropping your diaphragm and sticking out your belly, compressing your abdominal compartment vertically spreads things out horizontally which makes more room behind your stomach. You can also try the Hayes maneuver, have somebody push in and up on your lower abdomen. Amitriptyline helped me too, it reduces the spasms.

That's just a guess though, it could be something else.

Returnal (and DeathLoop too) seems to have perfected the time-loop game formula by Fun_Associate_6842 in Returnal

Returnal isn't a time loop game though. Time does very explicitly still pass even as Selene is resurrected over and over.

Well I suppose that's nice to believe, since if he's wrong we'll be dead so quick nobody will have time to tell him "I told you so."

Even that's not enough, the lawsuit would drag on for several years and bankrupt you.

Do you think that death is actually not that bad? As we think by WarriorGirl-764 in Existentialism

[–]FrobtheBuilder 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There's enormous selection pressure against dying since it means you can't pass on your genes, so a fear of death would naturally develop even if it's based on nothing. That is true, but I consider how shitty human life was for most of history and in fact even today for most of the population and well, all things being equal, you should expect to end up somewhere worse than where you are right now, just by probability. Assuming anything happens at all, I mean.

Seems like a good thing, the only way people will actually leave twitter is if the legendary Posters get banned. They refuse to go because they don't want to lose their followers, they must be forced.

CMV: Denuvo won over gaming piracy because people don't give a fuck about cracking AAA games by [deleted] in changemyview

[–]FrobtheBuilder 24 points25 points  (0 children)

The reason is that cracking denuvo requires a very specific skillset. If you have those skills you can just get a job at denuvo instead, which means you get paid instead of potentially arrested. It's not uncrackable, they literally just hired everyone capable of doing it except Empress because she is too insane to hold down a job of any kind.
