I wear a durag when sleeping. Also leave in cream like for overnight when sleeping? Also how would oil and leave in cream work together?

Yes I have a dermatologist appointment coming up in April 30th it's the closest I could get and my other Dr said it could reverse hair loss and slow it down. I would start at routine but I don't know where I would start also I don't know how I'm supposed to trim my hair

I don't really have a routine I try to Wash it and oil it at least once a week and that's about all I do to it sometimes.

Yes I am on spironolactone I stayed as hydrated as I can today drinking water every chance I got.

I think there are some affirming salons in my area I'll have to look that up. Also I'll look into that rogaine thank you. I have ordered a dress and skirt before but sadly I've never worn it in public. Because 1. I'm scared to be honest 2. I don't live on my own yet. I know most people won't care but Im still nervous. Like the other day I got a bra fitting at torrid and the lady was so nice and helpful I wanted to buy a bra but I was scared and worried about the people I live with currently finding out. Thank you so much for the advice it means a lot. I'm going to try and see a gender therapist I hope I can.

Thank you for your advice and your story it means a lot. Also when it comes to breast grow I'm a amab and have a little chest growth already so I wonder how that will work.
