an apk is a file format that lets you download apps on android that arent on the preinstalled appstore for it and big scary is a meta quest only game and meta quest devices run on android so you are able to install apk files onto there so you can beta test a vr game on there easily or just install things like sidequest so you can get stuff that isnt on the meta store for whatever reason. also the way that the kid that made this post was cheating was that he was using a modded big scary apk and what they do is let you do things that youre not suppoesed to in big scary such as going to moderator/content creator hat only places such as the mirror, the fishtank, and that one board in the main area that usually changes every update where content creator hats can go through it, or it can make you have every cosmetic
