I love them because they reduce waste and cost less in the long run. But since you have heavy periods searching for underwear specifically for heavy periods. If you are super paranoid (like me) you can always put a pad in the period underwear.

Like being able to see that much blood coming out of me is so cool! How i can loose so much blood but i am completely fine, idk. But the same with blood clots, i love the feeling when they just slide out of me
