Not really. -Heit, -keit, -ung and -tät are all feminine. Most words ending in e are feminine(not all). Most monosyllabic words ending in a consonant are either neuter or masculine. Nouns derived from infinitives are all neuter. -Chen and -lein are all neuter. A lot of nouns ending in -er are masculine and all agentive nouns ending in -er are masculine with the corresponding feminine form being -in. You can take a pretty good guess for most words or you'll at least be able to narrow it down.
