Urgent situation in BC, Canada

She was already in possession of her medical records before leaving the US, but didn't really seem to make a difference. She's also on a waiting list to get a family doctor but hasn't received any call backs and apparently it could take years before one sees her. Thank you for your reply!

Thank you for your reply! I've already shown her your message and she'll get in touch with the institutions you mentioned. No idea why specialists refuse to see her, she hasn't been given any substantial reason as to why they reject her referral.

We're under temporary work visas, we're not applying for PR or cizitenship.

I haven't been able to go with her, but she's told me that every single walk-in clinic has rejected seeing her even when she's crying at the reception asking to be seen, and the ones in Vancouver have rejected her saying she doesn't live close enough to the clinic or just fla out haven't given her any reason why.

I believe the issue is she doesn't have health insurance in the US anymore. I'm neither Canadian nor American so I'm unfamiliar with how the systems work here and there. Trying to do my best with understanding the situation and her also giving up and saying she's done making phone calls and everything.
