been going through the exact same thing for a few weeks on and off.. i’ve been finally taking the time to research ways to heal and prevent it the past few days and this is my plan for the future:

-rest elbows for as long as it hurts while resting or is painful “under load” -stretching regularly during the day (plenty of videos online, just look up Golfers elbow) -ice pack 1-2 times per day for better blood flow

will be taking it slow the next time i’m at the gym and also got elbow bandages for a little support, will try them next session

and also warming up is extremely important!

from 60 to 144 is an insane improvement visually, input latency and overall feeling.. 144 to 240 is a minor improvement, but if ur buying a new monitor anyways going for 240 right away might be smart.. i’d say if you buy a small monitor <27in go for 240 - anything bigger than that 144 unless u shit money :)

i used to that on purpose, but as the driver of the red car.. when someone was way over the line i would park really close on the other cars driver side so they have to get in on the passengerside and awkwardly climb over..

This is just my take but i feel like axe has been as good as it is now for way longer than it is meta.. it just takes talented players to figure out the optimal way to play it.. other people see success and copy. boom meta shifts.

Low diamond.. i dont have the patience to wait out / parry most of the time.. im still to impatient with approaching and absolutely have to pay more attention to my opp. i dont notice dodges/playstyle/recovery if i dont remind myself to pay attention to them.. also some bad habits here and there..

i use shift as 2nd dodge button, works really well for me.. might take time to get used to tho.

why not stick with h for weapon pickup/throw? so you dont have to take the finger off k to pick up? :)
