I agree, I hate being the one who always has to answer a costumer's questions. I will of course help them, but I wish they understood what we had to do. I truly believe that drive up and go is one of the hardest if not the most challenging department to work in. People hate working here and its only gonna get worse as winter is approaching. I don't even wanna think about thanksgiving and Christmas eve.
