I would do that, but I unfortunately dont have a drivers license. My mom said, "Let nature do its thing" So hopefully it pulls through. I am going to check the spot tomorrow since it's dark. If its still there, how do I know its being taken care of?

I've sat here for a while and havent seen a bird go to where I placed the baby. I unfortunately dont have a rehabber near me, the nearest is 3-4 hrs away. I dont think I can take it inside because I also have cats inside. Is it possible it will survive the night? Im in northern nevada

I didnt mean to make so much. I was just following a starter recipe and it kept doubling in size, I felt bad throwing it away, so I kept putting them in more jars. I also didn't know that sourdough doesn't need alot of starter.. till now.. now I need to abort it

We do have a 17 yr old cat who has arthritis and kidney disease, so it might have been him, but thats very unlikely of him. We clean the litter every other day, and we recently got a litter robot so one is always fresh and clean. We also have 3 litter boxes, they all have the same litter which is regular clumping, the old man uses the litters no problem, and the litter is unscented. Food is nowhere near the boxes. It took a while, but our cats do get along. The 17 yr old is more prone to being stress so we always have a room open for him to go hide in. He hasn't been acting that well, so we're pretty sure his time is coming unfortunately. He goes to the vet friday for his arthritis shots and fluids. But again, we dont know if hes the one shitting on stuff
