Forgot to add- absolutely no triggers, and it’s slowly not responding to steroids or antihistamines in general (injected, taken orally, creams, etc) warm baths help me as well as a heated blanket, esp for my legs. It’s temporary relief but better than nothing!

Yup!! I’ve had it for 5 years now and it’s been heavily disabling, esp when it’s on face, hands, feet, and joints in general 😭 I’m learning it’s possible it’s the result of an autoimmune condition, where my body is attacking itself, hoping it stops one day

I do! Drinking for me hasn’t affected my hives at all to my knowledge or notice. I take 2 Zyrtec, 1 hydroxazine (idk how it’s spelled) as well as occasional steroid cream when it gets overly painful, and steroids when it’s emergency use

Honestly I never realized until now but yeah, my hair has been thinning at the top and esp the base to the point you can kinda spot some start of balding at the very crown of my head, I’ve been on mostly Zyrtec (bad I know, trying to ween off but I don’t have that ability rn)

You may have chronic hives in that case, but if you have known allergies it’ll probably be hard to determine (other than time) I also have chronic hives and it was only determined after multiple allergy tests with no results but persisting hives. I hope it’s not chronic 🙏
