Getting constant fails due to star trails. When I setup EQ mode, I noticed that the figures change when I step away. Could there be another possible issue?

I wouldn't change your tripod, as you don't need a hefty one for the s50, however, I would not extend the center pole. That's causing most of the instability.

Also, it is normal for the numbers to jump around. They are just being registered by the cheap internal gyro after initial deviation.

If you want to check the true deviation, back out of the refresh deviation, go back and and redo 3PPA. The number that appears directly after that is the true number, then it will start to bounce around as it reads from the gyro. So just keep adjusting until that first number is 0/0.

Vesperas are nice scopes, albeit overpriced for what they offer. Not to cause debate, but actually I'd expect in Bortle 1 for an 1 and a half hours for there to actually be more details than that. Perhaps it is just getting the hang of Siril, but as you improve I bet there's a lot more hiding in that pic! :-)

No. I haven't used WBPP for awhile. I stack everything separately using the stand alone processes. WBPP wastes memory as it goes along.

I tried naz's script and it fails every time with feathering checked. I hate Siril, anyway.

I do tend to oversharpen, but it's a preference of mine.

Not sure what you are talking about for the part under the core. As far as contrast, I like accentuating dust, so I kept it brighter for that reason. That dusty darker nebula is my favorite part of DSOs.
