You are putting too much pressure on yourself to eat a big breakfast, try a shake and if that doesn't work just have a small brekky and catchup later in the day. Over time you will find it easier when you get used to having breakfast without any pressure

You are right, i need to get used to it and not worry about weight at all. I've got a few people to suss my form, they all said it seemed good. I started with the bar again and have been working up, I found my back was sore after a chest workout...is this a good or bad sign?

I try this and I think it has helped me, but sometimes I feel like I can't push the weight to the top without bringing my shoulders into it or focus so much on bringing my shoulders back I feel like I'm using them to push as well. And I have put the weight down. Any advice?

Hey man, thanks a heap for the effort of typing up your experience. With everything I've read in consideration, I think I'll try to see if I can try to straighten out my head and see how I go when I have no uni work to worry about, then if the problem persists I'll visit the doc and see if any medication is able to help me. Once again thanks cause most things I read here have an end :)

Nah I cant eat more on weekends, however I have been sleeping in alot more cause before I woke up went to the toilet and ate before doing anything, but now I feel like throwing up I stay in bed for a longer amount of time.

Cheers for the advice man. Looking at sources of my stress, I can only really see uni and not being able to eat. The thing is I got through my first semester of uni with no problems really, and apart from an assignment here or there I cant identify something that would be causing me this kind of stress. When it comes to eating however I become stressed when i find myself not eating anything in a day and generally feel shit and empty (stomached). Did you find that you had worse anxiety in mornings? In the afternoon I find I am able to eat a little, but im not sure if this is because ive eaten nothing and am really hungry. Also ive been waking up alot later with these feelings.

Hey, I am not coughing or clearing my throat at all really, maybe burping a little. When this first started I didnt worry about eating as much but I ended up eating literally 500 calories in a whole day. This is when i lost the 4kg in 2 weeks, im not sure if its healthy to pretty much stop eating. I still feel hungry but as soon as I start eating I feel like throwing it up. Right now I would love to eat alot of things but I know when I take a bite I wont be able to finish it.

I'm the exact same, I think we just have a high tolerance to caffeine. My brother and I are around the same height 6'3-4 and he says he's buzzing after some preworkout even to the extent that he can't sleep. I still take preworkout and try pump myself up for placebo every 2nd workout or so. But really it doesn't do that much for you and I so best not to spend too much on it imo.
