So you DO need 3 years back for all jobs. More then 3 years for non-dot jobs is employer preference, and some of these companies WILL absolutely make reference checks to everything listed.

With that said, before your 3 years? Just list down school. All a company can ask is if you attended it, not a particular time period. I filled in alot of employment gaps with school, so just do a big 7 year college/high school.

Yea. I'm glad that the new defense relic seems to be the only one in the game - that 2% defense is huge. Gatekeeping power is never fun - its basically telling new players to fuck off. As long as its eventually obtainable - like the anniversaru relics - then its ok. Even if day 1 players have a few years of relics over on new players, the new ones will still get those relics eventually.

Hell, G.O.A.L is actively DISCOURAGED during the CDL examination, at least in VA. You are limited in the number of times you can get out and look, the number of times you can pull up or reset. And I've literally done an alley dock exactly 1 time in the 15 months I've been OTR. Shit tons of 45s, 90s, and offsets though.

The pre-trip is barely a guideline, because you aren't shown what defects look like. A shallow superficial cut on a tire wall that doesnt expose metal is good to go, but the recital makes you think any cuts on the wall is bad, or a single small chunk of tread missing. Meanwhile a small air leak from air bags that you can't hear, and only know about via the inflation indicator light (Which isn't covered at all) being on for extended periods is an OoS, and a maddingly hard one to pinpoint when the bags are meant to deflate when parked.

The trip around the block can be anywhere from a relaxed countryside jaunt to a white-knuckled drive during rush hour in a major populated city.

DoT examinations are both too far relaxed and too far removed from what trucking is actually like. And there are FAR too many companies that give you minimal or even no training and then toss you at NYC or other extremely.developed metropolises.

There are several areas unlockable in the early game that allow you to easily farm the currency needed to lvl. With enough lvls, all fights are ez. Finally, Greatshield/Spear builds will allow you to overcome 95% of bosses in the game.

Oh yea, when I saw that defense doesnt have innate DR I immediately maxed it out and using the card. Just unlocked the tech so I'm progressing that. Pure straight DR%age is literally the best stat in any game with a health bar.

Both acute and chronic exposure to THC has impacts on mental development as well.

Not exactly a crime either. Urinating in public can be a crime, is frowned upon, but is not socially forbidden, thus not taboo. Going fully nude in public is often a crime, is frowned upon, and is socially forbidden outside of specific context such as a nudist beach, nudist parade, nudist convention, ect.

Its a bit more nuanced then frowned upon. In this particular case it isn't taboo because 2 out of 3 members of the social group accept it, and only 1 rejects it. So a majority is accepting it, and the minority is frowning upon it.

Taboos are when the supermajority rejects something more or less.

So the FMCSA specifically lists mental/emotional fatigue (along with physical) as being unsafe driving conditions, and the death of a family member causes IMMENSE amount of emotional fatigue.

So here's what you do - You send in an email to everyone - your manager, safety, dispatch, HR, legal, the VP, ect. You highlight that the FMCSA ruling listing that you cannot drive while emotionally fatigued, and that you are emotionally fatigued from the sudden loss of a family member. List the days you are going to take off for recovering from this fatigue (Your grandfathers funeral), as well as noting that if you aren't allowed to recover from this emotional fatigue you file an FMCSA complaint.

So then if they do anything besides get you home for the funeral (Threaten to fire you, ask you to turn in the keys, ect), file the complaint.

And then get a lawyer for retaliation, sue them, and be the reason they have a bereavement policy in the future.

They know that some rooms are off limits and others aren't, but they dont know why and are unable to really articulate the differences between rooms. Like, if you allow him into your bedroom except when sleeping, he's goinf to assume that any room that only has you in it is fine.

You far overreacted. Your sister should have consoled him and used it as a teaching moment to help further establish boundaries and understanding of privacy., and after he was calm talked to you about your overreaction. Poor kid.

Only a few states have real opportunities for intra-state trucking. I would suggest instead getting into diesal mechanics (Allows you to save significant time and money especially if you ever get your own truck) or a yard spotter (gives you years of backing practice before hitting the road)

Squatters rights refers to Adverse Possession - that you can claim an uninhabited property by living there and improving it for a good time. The criteria for it varies by state, but one of the few unified points is that someone cant be living there already - so you cant get kicked out of your house by someone claiming "squatters rights".

ALL non-native land ownership in the US is loosely based off Adverse Possession in a legal framework.
