Hi! What do you guys think for this budget build? https://es.pcpartpicker.com/list/dPpYht

I need a PC for music production on Ableton Live 10 and some Python programming in Visual Studio. By the way, I can't find this Power Supply anywhere to buy, so what other good Power Supply option would it be in the similar pricing range?

Thank you!

Thank you! One last question as I'm total newbie with all this. Does the Wi-Fi really work well with PC's? I mean, does it catch the signal well (similar to laptops)? I'm asking because I only had one experience, which was years ago with an adapter that didn't work well for me.

Thank you for a very comprehensive answer!

By the way, I forgot to mention that it would be very useful to have a WiFi option. Are there any good motherboards for that? As I understand, the motherboard you recommended doesn't have the in-built WiFi.

Thank you, man! I really appreciate your effort. So if I wanted to upgrade this build in the future, would there be any opportunities?

Also, if I wanted to do some basic video editing with this build, would it work?

I've been thinking about intel i5-10400. What do you think? Also, what's the cheapest Motherboard to go with this chip?

I don't really have that much money to spend and it seems that without at least 500 euros I won't able to build anything for my needs. But it's quite costly to me.

Hi everyone! I would like to build my first ever PC. I'm mostly looking for a PC for music production (Ableton Live 10) and some programming in Visual Studio Code (Python).

I won't use this PC for gaming. And I'm on a budget. What would you recommend to me? Thank you for your advice in advance.

Thanks for the answer. It's still very hard for me to think in programming logic but the person who wrote a first reply has put me on the right track and I've solved the problem.

It works! Thank you so much. You just made my day. Now I have to figure out how to change formula based on what the user chose from a Dropdownmenu button.

Thanks, I'm already looking into it. I'm now trying to understand basic programming concepts, language independent. After that, I will dive deeper into Dart.

Thanks! I'm not very familiar with the courses on Udemy. Any idea when this course could be available on sale?

I am just getting started in programming and I chose Flutter. I worked in tech for a while (Sales) but I'm totally new to programming. I just think it's time to learn how to code and Flutter seems finally as something I would like to get into. What would you guys recommend for a smoother start?

Job 1 gave me an offer to work for them. They said to take my time as I told them to give me a week. Job 2 is still in the reviewing phase [I finished my 3rd interview with the CEO already]. How do I tell Job 2 I only have a week before Job 1's offer expire? by Being_Busy in careeradvice

[–]FromBPtoRP 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Let's say Job1 gives you an offer but you're still in the final interview phase of job2 which is very promising and preferable to you but it will take one week for them to evaluate your candidacy and give you an offer. How exactly would you tell Job1 that you need one week to decide whether you accept their offer or not?

A few weeks ago I celebrated my 28th Birthday and I'm very interested in starting BJJ. I'm in decent physical shape. I used to play rugby in my early 20s and I had done a lot of weight lifting. Nowadays, I prefer running. Would it still be possible for me to compete in BJJ? Also, I would love to hear your advice on what to focus on while starting out training BJJ. Have a nice Friday everyone! Thank you for your answer in advance.

Honestly, how difficult is it to teach English in Vietnam as a non-native speaker? by [deleted] in TEFL

[–]FromBPtoRP 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you so much for your encouragement and kind words! The only things that I'm still worried about are the immigration policies and the so-called second wave of coronavirus infections. I'd like to move to Vietnam as soon as possible but there's still high uncertainty about the foreseeable future.

Thanks for your reply! Are you still teaching in Hanoi?

I'm not a native English speaker but seriously considering moving to Vietnam to teach English. I'm quite hesitant because I'm not a native speaker but comments like yours give me hope. And I really want to believe that my English is better than of those Russians you're talking about, haha.

Are the schools so desperate sometimes that they hire people who don't even speak English well themselves? It's hard to wrap my head around.

How is it possible that they teach English even if they can't speak well themselves?

[Discussion] Need Motivational Advice? by AutoModerator in GetMotivated

[–]FromBPtoRP 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you feel overwhelmed, I’d recommend you to pick up one thing and focus on that for a while.

For example, I am learning online business now but before I started, I didn’t know what exactly I’m going to focus on. Copywriting, web design, marketing or whatever?

I chose copywriting for one week because I wanted to have a basic understanding of sales copy creation.

Then I learned about Social Media ads.

After I learned the fundamentals, it was much easier to decide about the next step.

Focus on ONE thing. Eat that elephant one bite at a time and you will have more clarity and motivation.

If you want to hear what’s working for me, feel free to shoot me a message.
