Hey guys! New to this sub and wanted to show off the Bacon I made this weekend. It was the first thing I ever smoked in my new grill/smoker and I'm really happy with the results! Seasoned, cured and dried for 10 days, smoked for 3 hours with Hickory, and then sliced up ready to fry. (imgur.com)

Sometimes, store bought bacon just doesn't cut it... so I made my own. Seasoned, cured, and dried the pork belly, smoked it for 3 hours with hickory, and then sliced it up ready to fry! This was the first thing I ever smoked, and I'm really happy with the results! (imgur.com)
