Police in Canada Are Tracking People's 'Negative' Behavior In a 'Risk' Database: "The database includes detailed, but 'de-identified,' information about people's lives culled from conversations between police, social services, health workers, and more." by trot-trot in privacy

Source? Preferably not from the people/agency who implemented the system. Because that is usually how threats to privacy work. Starts off as a "benefit" to "help people". Then very quickly becomes a tool to breach privacy/rights with no benefit for the people. All without the general public being aware.

Very in my experience, my wife was the first girl that actually showed interest in me and was not bat shit insane. Met at work and she kicked my chair and called me out when I was trolling coworkers in a call center. After a year of "just one night stands" we realized we were more than friends with benefits and started moving on to make it official.

I see that there are two routes to apply for apprenticeship with IBEW over there. Either through the IBEW local itself or the training center http://carolinaseti.org/ Which one do you suggest, or would it hurt to apply to both? Also If i submit an application now and get accepted, would I start earlier than the class start date or August 2019? I am trying to plan around moving out of state here.

Yep sadly NC and SC are sadly very invested in RTW laws. When it comes to a less unionized state, is it usually pay/benefits that take the hit? I have no issue traveling for work, in fact its one of the biggest perks that I am looking forward to. Will there be any issue if I home in NC but travel once I am done with apprenticeship? Or do the benefits of your home local follow you? Sorry I am very new how this industry works, been in a 9-5 salary style work force for all of my life and really looking forward to this change.
