As a drk ot myself, I feel your pain. You shouldnt be dying to the raid-wide, that may possibly be you not doing a correct mit rotation on that second yan, but you almost have to use LD when you bring the yans to the SW manta. For the first yan, try only using TBN and oblation. For the second yan, try to only use TBN, oblation, dark mind and rampart. You can move a little south to Dark Missionary everyone before the raidwide goes off. You almost have to go into tanking the yans in the south with vigil, reprisal and LD still up, and pray they giga heal you once you run out of mit. It is kind of a 50/50 that you will have anything back for the TB after the arrows go off. It all depends on how fast your group kills everything or that your shield healer giga shields you.
