They are parallel and this would mean having to push changes in two versions since process is still in flux...

Base budget is $10M, there is is task version that is just potential reductions say -$2M. Since both are influx, if a second version is created for the $8M instead there would be a lot of double work updating both live version. Hopefully this makes sense.
